The Defenders Of Awesome has won a Transworld Good Wood Award every year since its launch. Truly unbeaten, the DOA is one of the best all-mountain freestyle boards around. The DOA comes with a hybrid camber profile that combines the pop and precision of a classic camber board with the compliance of a rocker board. Updated tech features like the Dual Blaster V2™ core and a high-speed Quantum Drive™ base, provide an extremely balanced ride on any terrain.

The Defenders Of Awesome is handmade in Austria in the first snowboard production facility powered by 100 % clean energy. It is a 7-time Good Wood Award winner.

Riding style
This board is just right for experienced all-mountain junkies. The DOA offers a reactive ride with plenty of flexibility for piste, park and backcountry.

Shape
The True Twin shape is perfectly symmetrical for a balanced ride that's equally versatile when ridden forward or switch.

Profile
The Resort V1 profile comes with traditional camber between the bindings and is flat behind the bindings, with a subtle rocker in nose and tail. This profile gives you a stable ride, but is still more playful and forgiving than a classic camber profile.

Flex
The medium flex is ideal for the all-mountain design of this board. Hard enough for powerful turns but still soft enough for a playful ride.

Construction
In the new Dual Blaster V2 Core™, the ash has been replaced with paulownia to add even less weight to the board. This core is powerful, built for durability and control. Two carbon strips along the wooden core increase performance and response while the board remains extremely light. Capita Fortress™ Kevlar Sidewall Protection provides a vibration-free ride and cushioning. Harder, stronger, faster, the sintered Quantum Drive™ base creates a unique balance of speed and stability.

I read all the reviews before and was still shaky about it as it is a considerable amount of money however I’m only writing this to ensure that people don’t think twice about buying this board. It is unbelievable. Amazing on rails, presses, and groomers. I ride fast and there was not too much chatter that it was noticeable. If you want the best all round board for park and resort this is the one. Even in powder it wasn’t bad at all. Buy it

Pedí una tabla en blue tomato y la verdad que la experiencia ha sido muy buena. Hicieron el pedido mediante la empresa GLS de envios, en 3 dias tenia la tabla de snowboard en casa en perfecto estado y venia desde Alemania! Lo recomiendo mucho!

Ich habe mir das D.O.A. gekauft da ich mich die letzten Jahre schon stark für Capita interessiert habe. Ich habe mir es etwas kleiner gekauft um etwas verspielter unterwegs zu sein.

Ein Brett für wirklich jeden, All Mountain kein Problem und durch die Flexibilität des Bretts sind Park, Freestyle und Backcountry noch weniger ein Problem. Ein Brett das einfach nur Spaß, Freude und Freiheit verspricht. Mit der True Twin Shape ist switch fahren perfekt möglich, durch die Hybrid Camber hat man recht viel Pop und eine angenehme sichere Landung. Mit dem Dual Blaster V2 Core wurde nun die Esche durch Paulowina ersetzt, was das Brett noch leichter macht.

Sehr fehlerverzeihend, für den Preis das perfekte Brett. Für jeden Rider zu empfehlen, eine Erfahrung auf jeden Fall wert.
