LAB is the new division of Billabong that collaborates with artists, musicians, designers, photographers and icons of surf, that inspire surf culture today. LAB meticulously curates the collaboration into a premium LTD collection. It is with great pride that Billabong presents the 2nd collection with one of the world’s greatest artists, Andy Warhol.
“Warhol’s rebellious spirit and attraction to non-conformists led him to southern California in 1968 where he spent two weeks filming surfers as part of his underground film San Diego Surf. The Andy Warhol Foundation is proud to collaborate with Billabong to celebrate individuals who refuse to be defined by convention.”

Billabong började som en enmansshow där Gordon Merchant sydde boardshorts vid sitt köksbord för över 40 år sedan och har nu vuxit till en av de största spelarna inom brädsport.
