I chocse this jacket due to the good comments from friends for OYUKI products. The Otaru Insulator Fleece Jacket is my first ever product from OYUKI brand and I am super happy with it

The Otaru Insulator Fleece Jacket is super light yet very warm. I like that the hoodie is detachable. When using the jacket as a second layer I prefer to detach the hoodie. So I use it for riding as a sacond layer, on warmer days as a first layer and for daily use in winter. The Primaloft material is super smooth and light.

I can highly recommend the product! Though it's not exactly cheap, the functionality and high quality is convincing

Meine Otaru Insulator Fleecejacke verliert Federn. Das hatte ich noch nie bei einer Primaloft-Jacke gehabt. Der ganze Rücken ist mit weißen Federnstücken übersät. Für mich herausgeschmissenes Geld, da blue-tomato meine Reklamation nicht annimmt. Und so Vorschläge vom Kundensupport, die Federn von innen herinzuziehen, funktionieren halt nicht.

Danke für dein Feedback.

Wir haben uns dein Fall nochmal angeschaut und zu den folgenden Abschluss gekommen.

Das Primaloft ist ein synthetisches material also es gibt keine federn die aus der Jacke komme könnten.

Auf den Bildern sind weise fusseln zu sehen die auf der Innenseite der Jacke entstanden sind weil unter der Jacke ein Pullover oder ähnliches getragen wurde.

Es ist leider aus den Zwei Bildern die wir bekommen haben nicht genau zu sehen wo an der Jacke das vorkommt, aber wir vermuten am rochen auf der Innenseite.

Danke und es tut mir leid nochmals das wir dir da nicht entgegen kommen können.
