The Cage Fight is the skateboard contest in the province of Salzburg. After the new construction of the skate park in the Alpenstraße under the Hellbrunn Bridge, the contest, which is organized by the Rollbrettverein Salzburg, quickly made a name for itself beyond the national borders and became a fixed date for Austria's skaters In recent years, more and more international skaters have also followed the relaxed, guided contest call.
The CageFight offers a variety of categories for skaters of all ages and experience levels. Street Unsponsored, Street Sponsored, and Bowl Open are among the categories where the best skaters showcase their skills. The total prize money is €3.400, with the winners of the Street Open and Bowl Open taking home €1.200 each, while the women compete for a total of €1.000 in the Street and Pool disciplines. In the Kids under 14 Street category, prizes, and goodies are up for grabs.
