The Salomon Sight X offers a perfect balance of edge control, a forgiving riding feel and good lift in the pow. For a seamless transition from the piste, to the park and the powder line in the backcountry. The Aspen Strong core gives the board extra pop for freestyle tricks and a reactive feel when surfing in powder snow.
Riding style
An all-mountain/freestyle board for beginners and advanced riders. You can easily shred it all over the mountain. On the piste, in the powder, or in the park, everything is possible.
Shape
The Sight X works so well in powder and hardpack because it has a tapered directional shape and the stance is slightly backwards. The Quadratic sidecut allows a lot of speed and edge hold.
Profile
The Cross Camber profile comes with a classic camber between the bindings and an even rocker in nose and tail. A great profile for any terrain. Precision and pop for park and slope, good uplift in powder.
Flex
The soft to medium flex is forgiving and provides a playful riding experience.
Construction
The extruded rubber offers long-lasting performance with minimal maintenance. The Aspen Strong core is a cord made of FSC-certified aspen wood with high impact resistance and a reliable flex. The Bite Free edge bevel rounds of the edges at the tip and the tail for flawless smooth and forgiving turns.
