DELIVERY

FedEx

  • Delivery on working days from Monday to Friday.
  • If no one is available to accept your shipment at the delivery address, your driver will leave a door tag. Check the door tag to see if we delivered your package to a neighbouring address or for the tracking information and the date of the next delivery attempt.
  • Alternatively, you can also provide a signed confirmation that authorizes FedEx to leave your package at a safe spot if you’re not at the delivery address. Please note, that in such cases, the courier is not liable for loss or damage of the parcel.

DPD Postnord

  • Delivery on working days from Monday to Friday.
  • If nobody is present at the given address during delivery time, the deliverer will leave a notification and your parcel will be stored at the nearest parcel shop branch, where it will be available for pick up for about 10 days.

NOTE:

  • We understand that receiving your order promptly is important to you. To ensure the quickest delivery possible, we may ship items from your order separately. As a result, you might receive multiple deliveries, possibly through different carriers and methods, each with its own delivery time. Rest assured, we'll provide you with individual tracking information for each shipment, so you can monitor the progress of your items every step of the way.
  • Some of our orders are shipped by our shops. If your items are available sooner at a shop than at our warehouse, they’ll be shipped from the shop directly.
  • Please enter your phone number and email address in the checkout process, so we can notify you as soon as your parcel is on its way. It also helps us to quickly clarify any questions about your order and provide you with the best service possible.

Mere information

VAT

If you have a non-EU delivery address, product prices are displayed without VAT. The delivery is carried out by FedEx, who will issue you with an import customs bill when your order enters the country.

Taxes

Regulations vary between countries, so we can’t give you exact information on the amount of the customs duties charged. However, FedEx will take care of the import and all required paper work.
Unfortunately, we can’t assume liability for any customs duties, so please inform yourself of your country’s customs regulations.

Guarantee

If your package gets lost on its way to you, you are covered by FedEx, who will refund you the full amount of your order.

Our shops ship some of our orders. In case your products were faster available in one of our shops than from our warehouse, the shop will send them with standard shipping. We apologise for this inconvenience.
