In-store purchases can only be exchanged or credited, but not refunded.
Extended Return Period
If your presents aren’t quite what your loved ones wished for, you can easily return them. For the pre-Christmas season, we increased the return period until 31.01.2025 for all purchases between 05.11.2024 and 03.01.2025.
Exceptions: Orders placed with invoice payment (Klarna) have a 21-day return period. Pre-mounted ski sets are custom orders and cannot be returned.
