Vans Invado Pro 2024 Botas de Snowboard

I`m 176 cm tall and weight around 80 kg. I'm a snowboarder over 20 years of experience and I mostly ride in the park, but lately i have been into about hunting fresh powder in the woods as well. I was looking for boots that work all over the resort and friend of mine who had these boots already recommended these to me. My foot is about 26.5 cm long and I usually wear mondo size 27 cm shoes/boots. I bought these in 27.0 cm and its perfect fit.

I have been riding these boots about 20 days now and couldn't be more pleased. At first these felt little too stiff but after 3 or 4 days on the slopes these are perfect. Not to lose and not too stiff, perfect for lapping in the park and in the next day chasing powder lines in the forest. Overall flex feels around 5/10. Maybe little stiffer when lacing them tight. The hybrid lacing system is a game changer. Like traditional lacing but in addition the Boa for securing 100% heel hold. I have used these with Union Strata and it seems to be a good combo. Boards that i have ridden with these are Salomon Sleepwalker for park and Burton Bottom feeder for powder and just cruising the resort.

I would recommend these for anybody who is looking for comfortable all mountain/freestyle boots with good lacing system.

Hey I am Jussi and I have ridden 6 pairs of boots. Compared to the fit of Nitro Venture Pro, these boots fit just a bit tighter, which I found a bit hurtful in the first day of snowboarding in these. You need to always break a new boot in and that can take time, but with these I found that happening around after 5 hours that I got comfortable. My foot is like 26,9 cm but I could not fit any smaller than 27,5 cm, which I found with the nitro boots as well.

I rode this boot with a new Huck Knife 2022, which had super sharp edges so this affects my view as I was not used to the new board. I was never used to a laced up boot, so this was a major shock for me after using BOA and the Nitro TLS. There are pros and cons. The main difference that I found is that laced up boot needs more breaking in to be able to tighten up perfectly. But doing this the right way, the old school lacing system do not fade you and go loose. There is so much adjustability with these boots, as you can tighten the boa around your ankle and ride more loose with the laces. Around your shin is the strap, which you can leave open if you want more flexible boot. I preferred to ride all tight to break the boot in. For this reason, Vans has this boot in 5-7 flex category. The boot looks good and I liked its tweakability. I think after riding these more, I will fall more in love for them.

I recommend this boot for anyone from intermediate-advanced riders that look for a park heavy all mountain boot. Compared to the Vans aura pro, these are more adjustable (great for reducing any foot pain and soreness) and a notch softer than them. If you want more of a all mountain boot go for the Vans aura pro and if you want a freeride heavy all-mountain boot with stiffness go for the Vans infuse.
