Fully featured and focused on utility, this H2No Performance Standard 2-layer shell jacket has an articulated fit for freedom of movement and a smooth mesh liner for comfort and ease of layering.
This is shred gear—designed for living in the moment, rolling with the changing conditions and making sure every turn counts. Patagonia's Snowshot Jacket delivers a progressive, freeride fit and durable, no-doubt weather protection for threading couloirs, stomping pillows and taking flight.

The fabric package includes a burly H2No Performance Standard, 2-layer polyester shell with a waterproof/breathable barrier for storm protection and a DWR (durable water repellent) finish to keep you dry when you’re flying through mucky weather. Lightweight, slick mesh lines the body and sleeves to wick away moisture and provide a smooth glide over layers. Articulated arms let you move naturally, and pit zips offer up a quick-venting option when you’re working up steam. Weather-sealing features include a removable, 2-way-adjustable, helmet-compatible hood with a laminated visor, soft microfleece panels for your neck and chin to protect from wind blasts and a low-profile powder skirt (with webbing loop that connects to any Patagonia® snow pants) that provides an always-ready seal when you’re in the deep.

I wanted a nice looking clean jacket with water and windproof shell. With this model I chose size XL. It is great fit for my long arms and the color option was exactly what I wanted.

I wanted shell jacket with no insulation. I prefer layering up so this jacket is perfect for me. I can easily fit my nano puff jacket underneath if I want to. I really like the cut with this jacket. I had problems to find jacket which is long enough, but now the search is over. I have been using this jacket mainly in resort. Small hood opening works good for me and I love the fact that there is not too many extra pockets, which I never use anyway. Performance Standard shell fabric is keeping me dry as well. Price was also a nice surprise.

Very good quality for a fair price. Good option when you are looking for a shell jacket for everything.

Hatte die Patagonia Snowshot Jacket diese Saison schon bei zahlreichen Powdertagen im Einsatz und bin sehr zufrieden. Auch nach einem ganzen Tag im Schnee bleibt man auch bei etwas feuchterem Pow absolut trocken auch mit Rucksack. Die Snbowboardjacke ist nur eine Shell also ohne Isolierung - geeigneter für Leute denen nicht so leicht kalt wird oder man zieht eben noch eine zusätzliche Lage darunter an. Die Belüftungsschlitze (ohne Mesh Einsatz) sorgen speziell beim Tourengehen für maximale Luftzirkulation. Der Kragen ist hoch geschnitten und bietet so auch an tiefen Powdertagen guten Schutz. Das H2NO steht meiner Meinung so GoreTex nichts nach. Einzigen Unterschied merkt man beim Waschen wo dann die Wasserdichte meiner Empfindung nach etwas mehr nachlässt. Hatte das Vorgängermodell in den letzten 2 Jahren pro Saison über 30x im Einsatz und bin von der Qualität absolut überzeugt. Die Snowboardjacke fällt im Vergleich zu anderen Marken etwas größer aus

Sobre mim:

Seit über 22 Jahren snowboarde und seit 12 Jahren surfe ich. In der Saison verbringe ich gut 35 - 45 Tage auf dem Berg. Am liebsten Backcountry/Off Piste bei Powder, sonst Park und Piste. Am Snowboarden und surfen liebe ich die Freiheit, Natur & Kreativität! Unberührte Powderhänge, perfekt geshapte Parkkicker, uncrowded Line-ups & powerfull waves, etc. ;) Größe: 167cm, Gewicht: 62 kg, Local Area: Dachstein Tauern Region, Dachstein West, Hochkönig

War auf der Piste unterwegs und der Powder war richtig Top, doch das Wetter war sehr windig (bis 100 km/h) und es hat den ganzen Tag über geschneit. Da ich doch recht groß und schlank bin, war ich auf der Suche nach einer geeigneten Jacke für meine Ausflüge mit Ski oder Board. Ich habe mich für dieses Produkt bzw. diesen Brand entschieden, weil mir das Thema Umwelt und Nachhaltigkeit wichtig sind und dieses Unternehmen das auch Unterstützen. Als Vorteil bei diesem Produkt ist das es von der Passform schlank und enganliegend ist, du aber trotzdem von den äußeren Witterungsbedingungen keine Abstriche machen musst. Ich trage Größe M. Als kleinen Nachteil würde ich sagen das wenn man die Kapuze über den Helm tut, nicht mehr die Kapuze abstreifen kann und man die Jacke wieder öffnen muss. Abschließend als Fazit würde ich sagen das ich all diejenigen dieses Produkt ans Herz legen kann die sowohl auf der Piste wie auch im Park oder im Backcountry unterwegs sind vor allen Wetter-kapriolen gerüstet sind.
