Damaged in third use

I support Burton for years buying snowboard gear. I did not have a problem all these years using my burton snowboard, boots and bindings. The gear was great.
So i decided to purchase burton clothes also last year. I bought from blue tomato the snowboard 'burton cargo regural pants' and after 3 uses the pants were cut in the glutes area. Unacceptable for such an expensive pair of pants and i did no do something that could justify this result. The quality apparently is horrible. I used cheaper pants like rythm brand for years and tortured them for years and they are like new.

Hello, thank you for your review. Of course this shouldn´t happen, you could send the pants back to us so we could start a warranty claim and our experts from our warranty department would check this.
