Nitro Ripper Kids + Charger Mini S 2027 Kids Snowboard Set

Snowboarding, made easy for little shredders

This Nitro set gives kids the perfect start in snowboarding, with a board and binding that are made to match. The Ripper is designed to make snowboarding more accessible and to get kids excited about having fun outside in the snow. Its new length-to-width ratio is matched to small boot sizes. The shape is designed to reduce edge catches. The soft flex is adapted to kids' weight, so they can progress at their own pace. The flat camber profile gives float, makes the board easy to press and forgives mistakes. The radial sidecut rides reliably and predictably. The twin shape is just as much fun on the whole mountain as in the park. The smaller sizes add Softride for even more flex.

Straight into the binding, no parent needed
Nitro redesigned the Charger Micro through the eyes of young riders. The Nitro development team spent years riding with their own kids, and that experience went into the binding's kid-friendly features. They help kids rely less on their parents. Most of all, getting into the binding is easier, and that's one of the first hurdles when learning to snowboard. The kid-specific levers are easy to use. The ratchets close quickly and powerfully and are built to last. Cable-reinforced connectors don't stretch or break. You can adjust the straps and baseplate to the boot size without any tools, so the binding grows with your child for several seasons.
