2. Pack the items that you want to return to the box


3. Frank the parcel sufficiently and send it to the following address:

You are free to choose which parcel service you want to use for the return shipping. We recommend comparing prices.

4. Post the parcel

Note:

• If you received your order in several packages, you can return them together. Please note the order number and item information on the return form.
• Please note down the number below the barcode on the return label. With this number you can track the status of your return shipping online to make sure it successfully arrives back with us.
• Please keep the receipt that you receive when you post the parcel. We will need it to trace your return if the parcel gets lost.
• We don’t assume liability until the package reaches our warehouse. We will send you an email as soon as we have received your return.

Pokud objednané zboží nesplňuje vaše očekávání, můžete je vrátit v zákonem stanovené lhůtě pro vrácení zboží. Tato lhůta začíná dnem, kdy zboží obdržíte. Při vrácení zboží nemusíte uvádět důvod, anebo používat závazný formulář. Oznámení o vrácení může být učiněno ústně anebo písemně (např. via fax, email), nebo prostřednictvím formuláře pro odstoupení od smlouvy.

Gutscheine die im Rahmen einer Promotion vergeben werden, finden im Falle einer Reklamation/Rücksendung solange Gültigkeit insofern die Rahmenbedingung der jeweiligen Promotion noch erfüllt wird.

Bitte beachte, dass bei der Rücksendung eines Artikels, welcher im Rahmen einer Werbeaktion gekauft wurde, die Aktion ungültig wird. D. h., es erlischt damit der Anspruch auf den gratis Artikel bzw. auf die Ersparnis.

Wurde deine Bestellung mit DHL Freight geliefert, müssen die Kosten der Rücksendung von dir übernommen werden.
