CAPiTA Children Of The Pow 140 2023 Snowboard

Capita is launching Children Of The Pow this season and the name says it all. This snowboard is designed for kids who can't wait to plough through deep powder and explore the backcountry with their parents. The Surf Rocker profile, in combination with the Directional shape, supports kids on long turns by lifting the nose a bit out of the snow. The core is also adapted to the lower weight of children and makes every descent in fresh snow an unforgettable experience.

The Children of the Pow is handmade in Austria in the first snowboard production facility powered by 100 % clean energy. 

Riding style
This board is designed for all kids who like to go off-piste, next to the piste and through the trees. Of course it also works on the piste and provides sufficient edge hold, but it is intended for everything that goes beyond. 

Shape
The directional shape offers you a longer nose than tail and thus a lot of stability at higher speeds and buoyancy in powder. The classic snowboard shape.

Profile
The Surf Rocker profile ensures a smooth ride. Between the inserts, this profile comes with a flat zone, while the rocker on the nose and tail provides better float and a playful ride. 

Flex
The soft twin flex is playful and forgiving. Perfectly adapted to the low weight of kids for most fun in deep snow.

Construction
The FSC Certified Select 2.0 Core™ offers pop and is perfectly adapted to children. Not too soft and yet playful. Special Blend fibreglass and Magic Bio Resin provide even better performance, pop and durability. The extruded base is easy to maintain yet fast enough for any terrain.
