Description du produit
The new Blackops for long days in the powder
The Rossignol Blackops Open is perfect for long days in powder and backcountry. Its 118 mm centre width provides plenty of lift and a stable ride in open terrain. The titanal construction and PEFC™-certified poplar wood core also keep it light and playful.
The BLACKOPS series was developed with a strong focus on material sourcing and the product life cycle. Each ski is made with PEFC™ certified poplar or FSC® certified Paulownia wood cores combined with recycled topsheet, base and edge materials to reduce environmental impact.
Riding style
A freeride ski for advanced riders. The Open 118 mm is suitable for advanced riders and experts who want to go to the limit in the backcountry.
Shape
With the Directional Shape the nose is slightly wider than the tail. The bindings and the sidecut are slightly set back towards the tail. This increases the stability at higher speeds and the uplift in powder.
Profile
This ski comes with a classic camber under the binding and a huge rocker in the nose and tail areas. This keeps the ski extremely manoeuvrable in powder and gives it an enormous uplift. The camber offers you good edge grip, pop and fast power transmission.
Construction
The PEFC™-certified core made of poplar wood keeps the ski light and also sustainable. The titanal construction makes it highly reactive, while a fast base provides the necessary speed.
