Product description
Performance quad by Rob Machado with lightweight helium construction
The Firewire Seaside Fish was named after Rob Machado's home spot "Seaside". That's where he likes to surf this board the most, so it only makes sense to call it that.
This surfboard was designed as a pure quad. Even the bottom construction was designed around the fin setup and offers you absolute speed and high performance.
The nose and tail of this shape are slightly narrower than those of a normal fish. This makes it not quite as loose but more on the high-performance side of surfing.
Firewire's lightweight Helium construction supports Rob's desire for a fast, agile quad and lets you surf weaker waves, smaller swells and less than optimal conditions with maximum performance.
- Quad Fish for highest performance in smaller waves
- Lightweight helium construction for even faster response
- Narrower nose and tail for more performance
- Low entry rocker for fast paddling
- Entropy Bio-resin throughout
- Deck made of high-density aerospace composite material
- Parabolic balsa and paulownia wood rails
- 0.8 lb EPS core
