I’m sorry to hear that the boots did not fit, but returning a used boot unfortunately is not possible.
The size charts that are used on our website are provided to us by the manufacturer.
Depending on payment method we offer 21 day to 45 day return period so a customer should have enough time to try the articles they receive at home, if they are unsure about the size we are happy to take your Call , chat or E-Mail and help with the decision, because we know not all shoes are cut the same and there are some size discrepancies between manufacturers.
We also recommend to client that try the shoe/boot at home and wear it at home for around 10 minutes.
Again I am sorry that your boot do not fit but we cannot accept a used boot as a return.
