JP Walker Pro Snowboard from Santa Cruz
The JP Walker Pro has a classic twin shape with a traditional camber profile, making it a freestyle weapon for intermediate and pro riders. The board has a good edge grip on hard ground, is reactive and agile and with its medium-hard flex, it offers enough room for presses and jibs. If you're looking for a board that works in any terrain, the JP Walker Pro is for you.
Riding style
A reactive all-mountain/freestyle board for advanced and pro riders. Big kickers, challenging rails and high speeds are what this board loves.
Shape
The True Twin shape is perfectly symmetrical for a balanced ride that's equally versatile when ridden forward or switch.
Profile
The traditional camber profile consists of only one positive camber from nose to tail. This profile offers high stability, good edge control and plenty of pop. However, camber boards tend to catch edge more easily than other profiles.
Flex
The medium flex is ideal for the design of this board. Hard enough for powerful turns but still soft enough for a playful ride.
Construction
The HCM+ core was developed for maximum torsional strength without affecting the flex in the longitudinal direction. Boards with a softer flex thus still retain high torsional strength for maximum edge grip and control. The Triax 45+ laminate offers precise flexibility and stability. This enables high speeds and faster edge change. The Super Glide SX8000 Base contains additives that reduce friction and make the pad even faster. A sintered base for maximum speed.
