The Nitro x Spark Splitboard Binding

The Vertical splitboard binding combines the experience of Spark R&D with Nitro. You kill two birds with one stone and can look forward to splitboard adventures without limits. High-quality workmanship and years of expertise make Spark's Tesla T1 Baseplate an absolutely sophisticated binding system, combined with straps and highback from Nitro you can look forward to comfort and support that is second to none.
 
Highback
The Recline Highback is Nitro's special splitboard highback. It can be set to -11° in Climb Mode for a comfortable ascent. In Ride Mode, you can adjust your forward lean to different angles as usual.
 
Baseplate
At the heart of the Vertical is the Tesla T1 aluminium baseplate with strategic cut-outs for minimal weight. The system can be quickly and easily converted from Climb to Ride Mode in just a few steps. The Whammy Bar supports you on steep climbs: The climbing aid can be adjusted to 12° and 18°. In Ride Mode, the EVA padding absorbs shocks and impacts.
 
Straps
For the Vertical, Nitro has developed the new First Track® Ankle Straps with Flex Window. The lightweight, padded strap scores with performance and maximum comfort. The toe strap is the tried and tested Übergrip Toe Strap with Ecostep™ rubber from Vibram®. The strap adapts to any boot shape and always stays in position, no matter how hard the landing may be
