bad QC and worse damage

I have used the board for 4 times. It was ok until I used it when there was 20cm new snow.
The bottom layer just fell apart from the board after I used the lift. I did not fall down or anything happened.
It just fell apart suddenly on the soft new snow and it seems to like because the bottom layer was not glued properly.
Blue-tomato as a retailer has good information about the products and service is so far satisfactory. I can understand that the QC from products especially a classical Brand like Nitro is not what they can control, but I am still waiting for a reasonable response from Blue Tomato.
Please don't buy this board if it's still on sell.
