The new Völkl Blaze series opens up a new dimension, especially for intuitive freeriders who prefer a sporty ride but also value playful ease. The Blaze 94 with only 1,546 gr (at 179 cm length) is designed for an enormously wide range of use and is a dream to ride in almost all conditions. A 0.3 mm thick Titanal binding platform delivers direct power transmission and fast pressure build-up for precise response from one edge to another.

Riding style
Freeriding and manoeuvrability are on the agenda for the Blaze. Although the Blaze is designed especially for fast, short turns, the three different radii, especially in combination with the continuous Hybrid Multilayer wood core, are designed for every style of skiing and can handle even the most ambitious use. 

Construction
In order to maintain the full flex and the effervescence, Titanal in the tip and tail was deliberately omitted in the construction of the ski. Especially in narrow and rough terrain, you benefit from the ski's faster and more precise response, while also requiring less effort. The 3D Radius Sidecut increases the liveliness and manoeuvrability of the ski even more.Another remarkable feature is the new Suspension Tip, which is being used for the first time. The elastic, rubber-like material on the shovel and tail of the ski acts like a bumper - especially in wind-blown or tracked terrain - and provides more interference resistance and supportive lift. Völkl also offers Smart Glue skins cut to size for all Blaze models.
