The Standard is the perfect all-mountain board for beginners. You still don't know where your strengths lie and what you enjoy most. No problem, with this board you can try everything.

Shape
The Standard comes with a directional shape that makes high speeds super easy and offers you good floatation. A directional shape is the classic, most versatile snowboard shape. The pop is concentrated in the tail and provides ample float and control in all terrain and snow conditions.

Profile
The beginner-friendly Directional Rocker profile with the Catch-Free™ tune ensures tilt-free turns. A small rocker in tip and tail ensure good turn initiation and fast progress in any terrain. Rounded edges at the contact points provide additional protection against jamming. 

Flex
The medium-soft flex is light and playful, making it ideal for beginners.

Construction
The Standard features a strong, durable Aspen full wood core, Biax Glass for smooth performance and forgiving flex, and the easy-care 2000 Extruded Base.

Sonic L Binding

Highback
With the polycarbonate highback you can enjoy your binding for a long time. The forward lean of the Sonic can also be adjusted quickly and easily without tools. Perfect for beginners who don't want to deal with the material battle.

Baseplate
Simple, stable and light. The ProFusion™ chassis is the standard for K2 bindings. The simple, tool-free adjustment of the Toe Ramp ensures a perfect fit and optimal power transmission. The 3° canted footbed ensures a natural foot position in the binding. You get more support from the binding, which in turn gives you more control and less fatigue.

Straps
The P.I. Ankle Strap is lightweight, comfortable and gives you the support you need. The Perfect Fit™ Toe Strap fits well and goes with any boot.
