The iconic Armada ARV 116 JJ continues to carve its name into ski lore, coming with a poplar and ash wood core for increased responsibility for steep lines and tight terrain. The ARV 116 also adds confidence with a revamped flex profile to stiffen up tip and tail in tight conditions. 3D beveling on the base's tips/tails is brought to you through Smear Tech, allowing limitless directions of drifting/pressing and smearing as you put your signature on the mountain.

Shape
This ski comes with a directional twin shape. The nose is a few millimeters wider than the tail with a central binding position. Thus, the ski offers the same riding characteristics forward and switch. However, due to the slightly wider nose, you get a bit more float in the soft snow.

Profile
This ski comes with a classic camber under the binding and a rocker in the nose and tail. The rockered tips' enormous float improves maneuverability in deep snow while the camber underfoot provides edge hold, pop, and response. ​

Flex
The medium-stiff flex provides you with a lively ski that allows you to stay in control at all speeds and pop over everything.

Construction
The AR75 Sidewall construction features a Cap construction in the tip and tail with a sidewall underfoot. The Cap construction in the tip and tail reduces the swing weight, while the sidewall makes the ski more durable. The Pop-Lite core combines lightweight wood with a higher density, stiffer wood in a horizontal laminate to create an impossibly lively ski that has all the power needed for boosting to new elevations. The S7 Base is durable and requires low maintenance, and comes with a speed additive for quickness.
