Wie kann ich bezahlen?

PayPal ist ein Zahlungsservice, mit dem du online einfach, schnell und sicher bezahlen kannst. Du brauchst dazu lediglich einen PayPal-Konto. Die Registrierung ist kostenlos.

Zahlungsvorgang

1. Wähle beim Bestellvorgang die Zahlungsart „PayPal“.
2. Du wirst nun zu PayPal weitergeleitet, wo du dich mit deinem Passwort anmeldest und die Zahlung bestätigst.
3. Es fallen keine Transaktionskosten an.
4. Deine Bestellung wird daraufhin umgehend bearbeitet.

Solltest du den Zahlungsvorgang während der Bestellung nicht abgeschlossen haben, kannst du diesen jederzeit nachträglich vornehmen. Geh dazu einfach auf dein Kundenkonto. Klicke unter „Bestellungen“ einfach auf „Noch nicht bezahlt – jetzt bezahlen“. Deine Bestellung wird bearbeitet, sobald du die Zahlung durchgeführt hast.

Die Bezahlung mit PayPal ist auch bei Bestellungen per Telefon oder E-Mail möglich. Sage dies einfach während des Bestellvorgangs dem Mitarbeiter, der deine Bestellung aufnimmt bzw. schreibe es einfach in deine Bestell-Mail. Du bekommst dann einen Link zugeschickt, über den du die Zahlung per PayPal vornehmen kannst.

Mit Kreditkarte kannst du schnell und zu 100% sicher zahlen. Wir akzeptieren Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express, Discover, Maestro und in Frankreich auch Carte Bancaire.

Sowohl als bereits registrierter als auch als nicht registrierter Kunde wirst du bei der Zahlungsabwicklung automatisch auf die Seite deiner Bank weitergeleitet. Um die Bestellung abzuschließen, folge bitte den dort angegebenen Schritten.

Beim Abschluss einiger Bestellungen erfolgt eine 3DS-Authentifizierung. Die Authentifizierung garantiert die besonders sichere Abwicklung von Kreditkartentransaktionen im Internet über spezielle Verschlüsselungsverfahren.

Pay now
This payment method provides you with an uncomplicated and secure option for automatic payments directly during the order process.

Pay in 30
You only pay after delivery and after you have decided which products you want to keep. You have 30 days to pay and there are no fees.

Pay in 3
This allows you to pay for your order in 3 instalments without interest.

Payment by instalments
With Klarna instalment purchase, you can divide your payment into up to 36 monthly instalments (with interest), depending on the invoice amount.

Requirements for the Klarna payment option: 

• You are 18 years or older
• Your delivery and billing address are identical.
• The items ordered do not include gift vouchers. It is possible to redeem vouchers, but it is not possible to order vouchers.
• The identity and credit check is successful with the data you provided

Con el método 'prepago', simplemente transfieres la cantidad a nuestra cuenta bancaria. Una vez hayamos recibido el pago, se procesará tu pedido. Por favor ten en cuenta que debido a los trámites entre cuentas bancarias podemos llegar a tardar entre 1 y 2 días laborables en recibir el pago.

Proceso de pago

1. Selecciona ''Prepago'' como método de pago durante el proceso de pedido.
2. Después de haber completado tu pedido, recibirás un e-mail con nuestros datos bancarios. De forma alternativa, también puedes encontrarlos aquí.
3. Ahora simplemente transfiere la cantidad restante a nuestra cuenta bancaria. (Por favor asegúrate de transferir el importe ''sin cargo para el destinatario'').
4. Cuando hagas la transferencia, por favor pon tu número de pedido y tu nombre como número de referencia para garantizar un trámite rápido.

Consulta la información necesaria para la transferencia en el apartado Datos bancarios.

Con Amazon Pay podrás acceder directamente a tu cuenta de Amazon y tanto tu dirección como la información de pago se transferirán de forma automática.

Atención: necesitas una cuenta de cliente de Amazon para utilizar esta opción.

Proceso de pago:

1. Añade todos los artículos a tu cesta de compra.
2. Haz Click en el botón 'Verificar' y aparecerá el formulario para registrarse.
3. Pincha en el botón Amazon Pay y regístrate una vez con tu cuenta de Amazon.
4. Toda la información necesaria se obtendrá directamente de Amazon tras haberte registrado una vez y se tranferirá a nuestro formulario de verificación.
5. Haz cualquier cambio en tu dirección de envío o de facturación.
6. Selecciona el método de pago deseado.
7. Confirma tu pedido (sólo entonces se accionará el pago en Amazon y registraremos tu pedido).

Por favor ten en cuenta:

Si se utiliza Amazon Pay como método de pago, no se podrá canjear ninún cupón.

Con PayPal Express puedes acceder directamente a tu cuenta PayPal.

Proceso de pago

1. Añade todos los artículos a la cesta de compra
2. Escoge el método de pago 'Paypal' durante el proceso de compra.
3. Ahora se te redigirá a Paypal, donde accederás a tu cuenta con tu contraseña y confirmarás el pago.
4. Toda la información necesaria se obtendrá directamente de Paypal y se transferirá al formulario.
5. A continuación se te redigirá a la página de completar compra, donde puedes cambiar tu dirección de envío.
6. Revisa todos tus detalles de nuevo y confirma tu pedido.
7. Tu pedido será procesado inmediatamente.
8. No hay costes de transacción.
