The Freecarver 6000s is a directional board made for carving tight turns with power and style. Its shape blends design elements from race, boardercross and freeride boards and features a super long effective edge + full camber profile for max carving performance. What makes the Freecarver 6000s unique is its short 6 meter sidecut radius thats ideal for carving short, snappy turns.

Riding Style
Here it's all about tight turns and fun. This snowboard provides absolute edge hold, lots of stability and loves high speeds.

Shape
The Tapered Directional Shape is the classic, most versatile snowboard shape. The pop is concentrated in the tail and provides ample float and control in all terrain and snow conditions. Taper means a narrower tail than the nose, and this provides more floatation. Traction Tech 3.0, the corrugated edge, ensures the best grip in all snow conditions.

Profile
The traditional camber profile offers a single positive camber from nose to tail. This profile provides high stability, good edge control and a lot of pop. However, camber boards tend to tilt more easily than other profiles.

Flex
A stiffer flex guarantees full control, reactivity and agility in all conditions.

Construction
The triple-density Power Core features hardwood bamboo stringers for extra pop and durability, and paulownia for weight savings. The Power Sustainable Basalt stringers are made from 100 % natural fibres and improve power transmission to the edges, torsional response and provide a smoother run. Bio Resin is plant-based and is used instead of petroleum-based epoxy. The FSC™ Ash Veneer Topsheet is a topsheet and a reinforcing layer in one. To reinforce the outline, the edges are made with Jones-proven oversized, recycled, and highly durable steel edges. Jones also uses recycled Rounded ABS, which extends the life of the topsheet. The ECO-Plastic Textured Topsheet made from environmentally friendly castor seeds is lightweight and durable. The construction is rounded off by the Sintered 9900 Base. The lightweight base is easy and quick to repair, thanks to the UHMW-PE.

Snowboards are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new snowboard should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.
