The basis for fun on the mountain - the YES Basic
The Basic by YES Snowboards is the foundation for a good day on the mountain. Presses and jibbs are easy with this freestyle snowboard. It is at home on the boxes and rails of this world but also works for treeruns, high speeds on the slopes and powder runs.
Riding style
The Basic is the ride-it-all deck for all skill levels. With it, you can tackle the entire resort and street spots in the evening.
Shape
As a True Twin, the Basic is completely symmetrical. Shape, flex and sidecut are identical. It rides switch exactly the same as forward. The Underbite Outline ensures even easier turn initiation and best edge hold.
Profile
The CamRock profile with a camber between the bindings for best edge hold and a rocker in tip and tail for a playful approach. Enough pop and still forgiving.
Flex
Not too soft and not too hard, but the golden mean. The basic comes with a medium flex.
Construction
The Basic comes with a core made of 100 % poplar wood. This core is durable, offers consistent flex and low weight. The Biax fibreglass provides stability and increases torsional flex. The extruded base is durable, easy to maintain and simple to repair.

Snowboard er ofte levert klart til bruk med en vokset base og skarpe kanter. Likevel, "factory tuning" er ikke så veldig holdbar og ditt nye snowboard bør bli ordentlig vokset etter et par dager og vedlikeholdt.
