Great snowboard boot for all-mountain use

The reason I bought the Salomon Launch is because I was looking for high performance all-mountain snowboard boot.
Because of the amount of days I spend on the mountain each season, it is very important for me to have a good snowboard boot that offers a high level of performance, even after a while. I can be found everywhere on the mountain, on the slopes, in the park, riding powder or touring with my splitboard. That's why a good high performance boot is a must. The past 10 years I have had several Salomon boots and these have proven themselves over and over again. Even after intensive and frequent use on the mountain, this did not detract from the quality.
I bought the snowboard boots in size 41.5 (normal shoe size 39/40) and tested them in different conditions: on the slopes, when doing tricks and in the powder. They offer very good hold due to the heel grip that forms perfectly around the heel. They also transfer power quickly, making them very responsive. Also the fit is fantastic because of the comfortable lining. This is the first time I have bought a boot with a boa system, and I must say - I am a fan! The boa system also presses the inner liner firmly in place so no power is lost which contributes to building up power and making carve turns. This is really a world of difference compared to previous shoelace boots I had.
Even though this is a men's boot, I can certainly recommend it to women. It is noticeable that in price/quality ratio you get a much better men's boot with well-developed features than women's boots. These boots are a bit higher, but that doesn't bother. This contributes to the carving because the power transfer is faster and easier. Thus a very good, comfortable and stylish boot that delivers good performance on every terrain. Go get it!
