Functional merino fleece jacket with SWISSWOOL inserts for ski tours and high alpine tours

The Westalpen Swisswool Hybrid Fleece Jacket for men is the unique combination of the Swiss insulation material Swisswool and the Merino Fleece Grid material with Tasmanian merino wool on the inside. The 70 g/m² Swisswool filling is used wherever extra protection and warmth is needed. The sustainable Swiss virgin wool is wrapped in a stretchy, breathable and wind-resistant Swisswool-Tec stretch material. 
The fleece material not only gives plenty of freedom of movement and is comfortable on your skin, but also has a high heat retention capacity thanks to its channel structure. In addition, the Tasmanian merino wool on the inside regulates the moisture and temperature balance, is soft on the skin and has natural odour-neutralising properties. 

Merino Fleece Grid
In the Merino Fleece lines, Ortovox uses the finest merino wool on the inside together with polyester on the outside. The special feature is the waffle structure on the inside: This knit construction makes the material light, provides sufficient ventilation and at the same time shows high insulation capabilities.

Swisswool Tech-Stretch
Tec-Stretch material is a special polyamide that offers protection and freedom of movement at the same time. As a wind- and water-repellent as well as a breathable outer layer, Tec-Stretch optimally complements the Swisswool filling and underlines the excellent weight-to-insulation ratio.
