Whether on icy north faces, during stormy ascents, or severe snowfall on the summit – the 3L Ortler Jacket is your lightweight for Alpinists! The outer material is entirely wind and waterproof thanks to the DERMIZAX®NX membrane, arguably the highest-performance layer on the market, without compromising on breathability or freedom of movement! The 3L ORTLER JACKET weighs in at just 445 grams (men’s size M).
As far as features go, Ortovox has focused on the essential things: The hardshell jacket has a two-way zipper for an optimal fit – even with a climbing harness. A two-way zipper in the underarm area provides cooling during sweat-inducing climbs. MERINO mesh inserts around the chin and the 2-way adjustable storm hood offer comfort and protection in rain, snow, or icy conditions. And thanks to the intense colors, you’ll be highly visible with the Ortler 3L hardshell, even in alpine terrain!
Naked Sheep Line
For the Merino Naked Sheep line, Ortovox concentrated on the essentials: Low weight, protection, and comfort. The products in this line are light but also robust and comfortable. Just like a naked sheep, merino wool takes a back seat and is only used in specific areas for increased comfort. The main focus of this new collection is function and protection in all kinds of alpine weather conditions.

High-performance Dermizax® NX membrane protects against all weather conditions while remaining extremely breathable up to 32,000 g/m²/24h. Dermizax® NX boasts higher values than Dermizax® DT and Dermizax® EV.
