The Dusters Curl at 39” is a classic pintail that features a thin, lightweight fiberglass, bamboo and maple wood construction. Combined with clear broadcast grip, this pintail is covered in amazing surf images and abstract shapes perfect for the artsy side in all of us.

Riding Style

It’s ideal for everybody who just mainly wants to use it to get from one place to another. Of course it is still fun to ride, so you won’t be disappointed with it if you want to go on long cruises on the pavement along the beach.

Shape

Thanks to its Pintail shape this board is nice and stable, therefor very easy to ride. The Wheel Wells that are cut out on each side of the deck above the wheels helps avoid wheelbites while doing slightly tighter turns. Thanks to its width of 8,75 and little bit of concave you won’t have to worry about not having enough grip.

Construction

The Curll 39” is made out of a combination of maple, fiberglass and bamboo. This makes it nice and flexy, the board is therefore a very smooth and enjoyable ride.

Setup

The Curl is delivered with 180mm reverse kingpin Slant trucks and 1/8” riser pads. The reverse kingpin makes the board nice and responsive and able to do tighter turns, whereas the riser pads ensure that you don’t have to worry about getting wheelbites anymore as the wheels are further away from the wood. The 65mm, 83A Wheels that come with ABEC 7 rated bearings are big enough to take you over roads that are not in good condition anymore. They are still small enough though,letting you gather speed quickly when desired.
