The Bataleon Beyond Medals was designed in this version by Tor Lundström and the Beyond Medals Crew. This board and you will destroy the whole mountain. An all-mountain snowboard that couldn't be better. Flex, shape and construction are perfectly matched to give you the best days on the mountain. This season you'll enjoy a completely new shape, with a reworked tail to make the Beyond Medals a little more aggressive. 

Riding style
The Beyond Medals is your board for everything. This board is so good, you can carve, rip sidehits, jib and shred deep powder lines with it without any problems.

Shape
For an all-rounder like the Beyond Medals, Directional Twin 3BT™ is just right. The nose is 1 cm longer than the tail and the sidecut radius is slightly tighter. This brings more float and more grip. SideKick™ tips increase edge uplift at the widest points of the nose and tail for even easier turn initiation, more float and better handling in difficult terrain.

Profile
Directional Twin 3BT™ have a balanced centrebase for plenty of stability in the park and perfect turns in powder. The Beyond Medals comes with a medium camber for a perfect balance of edge hold and playfulness. 

Flex
The medium flex (7/10) offers stability and aggressiveness in any terrain.

Construction
The Ultra Light Core is made of 70 % poplar wood and 30 % paulownia, making a perfect balance between stability and weight. Dual Super Tubes, one Super Tube on each side of the board increases pop and gives the camber more snap. They increase the power transmission to the edge. The sintered Hyper Glide S base is hard and fast and remains so when well maintained.

Snowboards are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new snowboard should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.
