Payment options

Apple Pay lets you pay quickly and securely using your Apple devices. Your saved shipping and billing information is automatically transferred.

Payment process:

1. Add your items to the shopping cart.
2. Go to the shopping cart and click the "Apple Pay" button.
3. Authenticate the payment using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode.
4. Review and confirm your delivery and billing address.
5. Choose your shipping method.
6. Confirm and send your order – the payment will be processed immediately.
    

Apple Pay is available on supported Apple devices and browsers.

PayPal is a payment service that allows you to easily, quickly and securely pay online. All you need is a PayPal account. Registration is free.

Payment process

1. Select "PayPal" as payment method in the checkout process.
2. You will be redirected to PayPal, where you have to log into your account to confirm the purchase.
3. There are no transaction costs.
4. Your order will be processed immediately.

If you don't complete the payment right away, your order will be saved and you can do so later on. Simply go to "My orders" in your customer account, select the order and click "Not paid yet - pay now". We will process your order as soon as you have confirmed the payment.

You can also use PayPal when ordering on the phone or per email. Let us know on the phone or in your ordering email and will we send you a PayPal payment link. 

With credit card you can pay quickly and 100% securely. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express, Discover, Maestro and in France also Carte Bancaire.

Whether you are already registered or not, you will be automatically redirected to the site of your bank during the payment process. To complete the order, please follow the steps indicated there.

Upon completion of some orders, a 3DS authentication will be carried out. Authentication guarantees the particularly secure processing of credit card transactions on the internet using special encryption procedures.

With Klarna you have various options for paying for your order:

Pay now
This payment method provides you with an uncomplicated and secure option for automatic payments directly during the order process.

Pay in 30
You only pay after delivery and after you have decided which products you want to keep. You have 30 days to pay and there are no fees.

Pay in 3
This allows you to pay for your order in 3 instalments without interest.

Payment by instalments
With Klarna instalment purchase, you can divide your payment into up to 36 monthly instalments (with interest), depending on the invoice amount.

Requirements for the Klarna payment option: 

• You are 18 years or older
• Your delivery and billing address are identical.
• The items ordered do not include gift vouchers. It is possible to redeem vouchers, but it is not possible to order vouchers.
• The identity and credit check is successful with the data you provided

You can manage your payment directly in the Klarna app. If you have any questions, Klarna customer service is also available directly in the Klarna app.

Pri naročanju s ''predplačilom'' preprosto nakažite končni znesek nakupa na naš bančni račun. Ko znesek predplačila prejmemo, bo vaše naročilo prešlo v obdelavo. Prosimo, upoštevajte, da zaradi transakcije med različnimi bankami, prenos vašega plačila lahko traja 1-2 delovnih dni.

Postopek plačila:

1. Izberite ''predplačilo'' kot način plačila med oddajo naročila.

3. Znesek kupnine preprosto nakažite na naš bančni račun. (Prosimo poskrbite, da nakažete celotno kupnino in da prejemniku ne bodo zaračunani dodatni stroški transakcije).
4. Prosimo, da pri nakazilu navedete številko vašega naročila in vaše ime kot referenco ter si zagotovite hitro obdelavo naročila.

S PayPal Express lahko do svojega PayPal računa dostopaš neposredno.

Postopek plačila:

1. Dodajte željene izdelke v nakupovalno košarico.
2. Izberite ''PayPal'' način plačila med oddajo naročila.
3. Preusmerjeni boste na PayPal spletno stran, kjer se vpišete s svojim geslom in plačilo potrdite.
4. Vsi potrebni podatki bodo avtomatično preneseni iz vašega PayPal računa na obrazec naročila.
5. Preusmerjeni boste na stran za zaključek naročila, kjer po potrebi lahko spremenite naslov za dostavo.
6. Ponovno preverite pravilnost podatkov in zaključite naročilo.
7. Vaše naročilo bo takoj prešlo v obdelavo.
8. Transakcijskih stroškov pri takšnem načinu plačila ni.
