Delivery

Deliveries are on business days between Monday and Friday.

Celeritas

  • If no one is present to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a notification and try again on the next business day. If the second attempt remains unsuccessful, your parcel will be deposited at a nearby parcel shop. You can collect your order within the next 7 days.

UPS

  • If no one is present to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a notification and deposit your parcel at a nearby UPS Access Point, where you can pick it up within the next 10 days. If there is no Access Point near you, the courier will make two more delivery attempts to your address.

Returns

Free on orders over € 40
If you use the return label, please return your package to a UPS Access Point. To find your closest Access Point, click here.

Delivery 

After two unsuccessful delivery attempts to your address, the courier will deposit your parcel at a nearby post office. You can collect your order within the next 7 days.

**Prices will rise with increasing weight and volume: Not only weight, but also package dimensions influence costs for airfreight. For this reason, exact express delivery costs for bulky items (e.g. large suitcases, surfboards, etc.) can’t be calculated in advance. Cash on delivery

Costs

€ 14.90 (including shipping costs)

If you select cash on delivery as payment method, you pay for your products and the shipping with the courier on delivery.

Delivery

UPS will make up to two delivery attempts to your address. If no one is present to accept the parcel, the courier will leave a notification asking you to get in touch and arrange a new delivery time or set a different address. You will also receive an email with your package tracking number once your order is dispatched, so you can stay up to date with the status of your delivery.

Delivery 

DHL will notify you via SMS or email before delivering your parcel, so you can adjust the delivery details to your needs online. Please enter your phone number in the checkout process to make sure you don’t miss the notification.

If no one is present to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a notification and try again on the next business day. If the second attempt remains unsuccessful, your parcel will be deposited at a nearby parcel shop. You can collect your order within the next 7 business days before it is returned to us.

FedEx Freight

We deliver surf and SUP boards up to 9.2 ft via FedEx Freight.
Please note: For shipping of SUP boards please contact our Customer Service.

Delivery 

There will be one delivery attempt to your address. If no one is present to accept the delivery, FedEx will store your package and get in touch with you.

 

Order Tracking

With our Order Tracking Tool  you can stay up to date with the status of your delivery. Simply enter your order number and email address.
You can also find a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or customer account under 'My Orders'. With the order number or tracking code, you can directly contact the parcel service to enquire about your delivery.
