You can choose from the following shipping options:
Celeritas: € 4.90 - Free shipping on orders over € 40
UPS: € 9.90 - Free shipping on orders over € 100

Deliveries are on business days between Monday and Friday.
- If no one is present to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a notification and try again on the next business day. If the second attempt remains unsuccessful, your parcel will be deposited at a nearby parcel shop. You can collect your order within the next 7 days.
- If no one is present to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a notification and deposit your parcel at a nearby UPS Access Point, where you can pick it up within the next 10 days. If there is no Access Point near you, the courier will make two more delivery attempts to your address.
Please enter your phone number and email address in the checkout process, so we can notify you as soon as your parcel is on its way. It also helps us to quickly clarify any questions about your order and provide you with the best service possible.
This shipping method is always subject to a charge. The shipping costs depend on the weight of the parcel. You will see the exact costs for your order in the checkout process.

After two unsuccessful delivery attempts to your address, the courier will deposit your parcel at a nearby post office. You can collect your order within the next 7 days.

**Prices will rise with increasing weight and volume: Not only weight, but also package dimensions influence costs for airfreight. For this reason, exact express delivery costs for bulky items (e.g. large suitcases, surfboards, etc.) can’t be calculated in advance. If you have any further questions, please ask our Customer Service.

With cash on delivery, you, as the recipient, pay the cash on delivery fee directly to the carrier and receive your shipment in return.
The shipment is carried out by UPS and 2 delivery attempts will be made. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the driver will leave a message informing you that you can contact UPS. You can arrange a new delivery time or delivery to another address. The delivery time is 4-5 working days. Additionally, you will receive your package tracking number by e-mail at the time of shipping. With this, you can check the status of your parcel at any time.
Before your parcel is delivered, you will be notified by DHL via SMS or email and can adjust the delivery to your requirements online. To ensure a successful contact, please enter your mobile phone number in the order process.
If you are not present at the first delivery attempt, a second delivery attempt will be made on the next working day. If this is also unsuccessful, your parcel will be deposited at DHL for 7 working days before it is returned to us.

We deliver surf and SUP boards with a length up to 9.2 ft via FedEx Freight.
Please note: For longer SUP boards please contact our customer service in order to enquire about a special consignment.

There will be one attempt made to deliver the package to your address. If no one is present to receive the package, it will be stored temporarily and FedEx will try to get in touch with you.
You can check the status of your delivery at any time with our Order Tracking Tool. Simply enter your order number and email address.
Alternatively, you can find the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email or in your customer account under My Orders. With the order number or tracking code, you can also directly contact the parcel service to enquire about your delivery.
