As an allround/freestyle snowboarder, I'm looking to purchase a binding that fits all my needs. It needs to perform on every type of terrain regarding flexability, stability and damping, while being comfortable at the same time. With me being 180cm tall, 80kg and having size US 11.0 boots, Large is the size for me. Being able to adjust the binding on every aspect, it will fit like a glove!

I've been riding the Union Force binding for 6 years now. The reason why I'm choosing this model every time is because its pretty much the most versatile model in the Union line-up. Whether I'm riding groomers, hitting the park or spending my day knee deep in powder, it never dissapoints. The updated straps of the Union Force have a better fit which gives more comfortability when strapping in and riding, while still delivering the great performance that I'm used to with this model.

I have been a fan of Union Force since it came out. Now I wanted to buy and try the new version of it. I have been riding park lately and needed a workhorse which would work together with my parkboard. Choice was easy, because I was looking for a bit stiffer binding with normal size disc and hammock straps. As I am wearing size US 9,5 boots, size medium was my choice.

I have been riding with these all over the resort, but specially in the park. I like how they feel and how the heelcup holds and glue my boots to the bindings. Biggest upgrade compare to the old ones is the newExoframe 4.0 ankle straps and TS 2.0 Rhombus on the toes. I am a huge fan of the hammock straps and these are one of the best ones I have tried out so far. No pressurepoints at all. There could be a bit more Eva foam in the baseplates for bigger landings, but at the same time now the board feeling is sharper. Price is also a good thing with Union Force, mid pricerange binding now days.

If you want freestyle oriented bindings with a bit stiffer highback and sharp control, you can trust this one. Good choice for everyone with great price and various colors to pick you're favorite. Earned classic position after all these years.

I chose this binding for my 2021 Gnu Money snowboard – an all-mountain/freestyle board – as I was looking for a long-lasting binding that would improve my snowboarding experience both on the slopes and in the fun park. Some of my friends were riding the Force bindings for many years and they’ve always been hyped about them, so I figured I’d try them as well. My boot size is 45, which corresponds to an L size binding. You can adjust almost every part of this binding to your exact measurement, which allows for a perfect fit!

Union calls this “the most trusted binding in snowboarding”, and they’re probably right. I’ve put my trust in them already. It performs on every type of terrain. The updated highback provides plenty of support at higher speeds and the ankle straps are sturdy. This binding a little stiffer than some of its peers at Union, so if you know that you’re 100% freestyle, you’d be better off with the Contact Pro for example. However if you also want to charge the mountain and maybe do some off-piste, the Force is definitely the choice for you. It just gives you a greater range of options.

In conclusion: if you're not sure yet which bindings to choose, go for the Union Force, as they basically do everything you'd want them to do and they will last you a very long time. They’re responsive but also playful, supportive but also forgiving. You can’t go wrong with these.

I chose the product since I always have had good experience with Union. The Force is a really reliable and solid product. I mostly ride it in the park but I beleive it is good for any conditions though. The size fits my boot perfectly!

I tested the union force in the park and also under freeride conditions. The performance has always been perfect.The material is super solid and the straps seem to be quite durable. As I have always used Union Bindings I can just state that I have never been disappointed. Compared to the 2019 model I do not see any major difference.

I would highly recommend the Union Force to any riders for any conditions and board / boot combinations

I chose to buy the Union Force 2019 with my snowboard Capita Defender of Awesome, as I wanted bindings that could fit a snowboard where I could go on every terrain. The Force is a very good all-rounder and is transmitting the power very well whether I’m riding on hard or fresh prepared slopes or some powder when I can find some. The different features to adapt the binding to the boot are really easy to use, avoid any pressure point and can fit all type of ride. The quality of the material is good and I haven’t any negative point to deplore.
The size S is also perfet for small feet (I wear boots size Mondopoint 25) and is part of a perfect set-up with the Capita Defender of Awesome. The design of the bindings is not eccentric but sober and clean and will fit any board. Personnally, I am pretty happy to have chosen the black Union Force with my board and think I have a perfect set-up to enjoy long winters with a lot of snow.

Hey I'm Jay and I've been using these Union Forces on my powder board set up. I look for a fun, responsive binding that will help me control my board in the deep stuff but also a binding that has enough forgiveness to play around and launch some nice tricks on. I have a size 44.5 boot and an L size binding. They fit the boot great and the quality is super nice, everything is adjustable!

I tested these bindings when I first bought them in Austria. They performed super well in off piste and deep powder conditions. They were really responsive especially when paired with some Thirtytwo TM-2's and the Bataleon Party Wave 151. The orange colour was definitely a plus, as they look super cool but honestly the look doesn't even matter when you have bindings that perform this well. Union is always setting the bar for good bindings and the Forces don't come short. These bindings are super awesome for all-mountain riding because of their stiffness but are also super fun to play around with stiff. If all you ride are jibs and rails though, these bindings might be a little too stiff. Other than that, I'm in love with these!! Orange forever!!!

Super responsive bindings that are super fun and look super good. If you're looking for an all mountain binding that is fun but still allows you to charge hard, look no further than the Union Forces.

Ich hab mir die Union Force Bindung in Größe M zu meinem Capita Outsiders Board gekauft und auch darauf montiert. Meine Wahl ist auf diese Bindung gefallen, weil sie vom Flex her gut zu meinem Board passt und weil ich mit dem Vorjahresmodell sehr zufrieden war. Mittlerweile konnte ich die Bindung bei fast allen Conditions testen.
Nach meinen ersten Ausfahrten war ich sehr zufrieden mit der Bindung. Sie ist weder zu hart noch zu weich. Somit kann ich die Bindung überall am Berg fahren (gibt im Park etwas nach und hält die Stabilität beim Powdern!).
Toestrap und Heelstrap sind super easy auf den Boot anzupassen. Man benötigt nicht einmal einen Schraubenzieher. Das Highback ist etwas länger als bei anderen Bindungen, wodurch man eine noch bessere Kraftübetragung auf das Board hat. Beim Carven auf der Piste habe ich das Highback mit einer einfach betätigbaren Schnalle nach vorne gestellt, um mehr Druck auf die Heelside zu bekommen. Die Schnalle ist sogar mit Handschuhen umlegbar.

Normalerweise fahre ich eine super harte Bindung mit einem weichen Board und einem weichen Boot, aber dieses Jahr habe ich mir alles in einem guten Mittelmaß gegönnt und bin bis jetzt sehr zufrieden.
Um bei meinem verspielten Fahrstil die Kontrolle zu behalten ohne den Spaß einzubüßen habe ich meine Bindung etwas weicher als normal gewählt und bin von der Force echt begeistert. Das Boardgefühl ist super direkt und durch die schnellen Einstellmöglichkeiten für das Highback kann ich die Bindung bei rasanteren Abfahrten auch mal aggressiver einstellen um nicht hinterher zu hinken. Der flexible Toe-Strap passt sich super an meine Boots an und die Verschlüsse machen einen sehr langlebigen Eindruck.
Die Farbe gefällt mir in Kombination mit meinem fast komplett schwarzen Board sehr gut, da es alles zusammen sehr dezent bleibt.
Alles in allem für mich die perfekte Allroundbindung, für alle die sich, so wie ich nicht auf ein Terrain festlegen wollen.

Ich fahre seit vielen Jahren Union Bindungen und kann überwiegend Gutes berichten. Die Force ist für mich durch ihren mittleren Flex die perfekte Allround Bindung, welche ich die ganze Saison über fahren kann, egal ob beim Powdern, Piste oder im Park. Dass sie eine klassische und herkömmliche 4x4 Disk hat, und keine Minidisk/Re:Flex/EST System ist mir noch nie störend aufgefallen – im Gegenteil mag ich das gewohnte Gefühl etwas Festes unter den Boots zu haben. Als Nachteil ist zu nennen, dass man die Schraube des Anklestraps ab und an nachziehen muss, da diese sich im Laufe einiger Tage von alleine löst. Da der Anklestrap aus herkömmlichen Material ist, friert bei ungünstigen Schneeverhältnissen manchmal Schnee darunter fest, mit einfrieren der Ratschen hatte ich allerdings noch nie Probleme. Alles in allem eine solide Bindung, die genau das tut was sie tun soll, nämlich die Bewegungen zuverlässig auf das Snowboard übertragen – nicht mehr, und nicht weniger.

Ein paar Leute haben mir vorher abgeraten diese Bindung zu nehmen, weil sie meinten die ist viel zu hart um damit Park zu fahren, aber ich finde, dass man damit echt gutes Gefühl und Kontrolle übers Board behält und sie passt sehr gut zu meinem Salomon Villain (Flex 6). Viele Freunde bestätigen mir das Gleiche. Es ist außerdem echt praktisch, dass du viel ohne Werkzeug verstellen kannst und Union ist generell eine super hilfsbereite Firma, die dir schnell und problemlos Ersatz liefert, falls etwas kaputt geht. Ich glaub die Bindung fällt bisschen klein aus, hab einen Männerboot in 40 (Vans HI Standard) und sollte nach Tabelle eine Bindung in S nehmen, aber die war sau knapp hab sie sofort in eine M umgetauscht.

Hi, ich bin Nico und stehe seit über 10 Jahren auf dem Snowboard.
Man findet mich hauptsächlich im Park und Powder. Ich selbst bin 172 cm groß und fahre Boots in der Größe 43. Ich habe mich für die Union Force in der Größe M entscheiden, nachdem ich sie bereits im Vorjahr getestet und sie mich vollkommen überzeugt hat.

Die Montage der Bindung ist unglaublich leicht und die Straps lassen sich ohne Tool perfekt auf die Boots anpassen. Wenn die Straps richtig angezogen werden, hat man eine „bombenfeste“ Haltung in der Bindung und die Kontrolle über das Board ist wahnsinnig gut. Ebenfalls bin ich begeistert von der lebenslangen Garantie auf Heelcup und Baseplate. Was will man mehr?

Alles in allem eine unglaublich spaßige Bindung, die sich wirklich für alle Bereiche eignet und sowohl für Beginner als auch für Fortgeschrittene bis hin zu Profis geeignet ist.

Ein sehr guter Eindruck nach den ersten Tagen im Powder. Macht was sie soll und fühlt sich gut an. Eine robuste Snowboardbindung mit vielen Einstellmöglichkeiten. Die Union Force 2019 lässt sich schnell und leichtgängig schließen und öffnen, besitzt ein komfortables Dämpfverhalten und vermittelt trotzdem ein direktes Gefühl zum Board. Die breiten und leicht flexiblen Riemen passen sich den Boots ideal an ohne an diesen einzuschneiden. Die Qualität und Materialien lassen eine lange Haltbarkeit vermuten. Das bestätigt auch die lebenslange Garantie auf die Baseplatte. Die Bindung ist easy am Board zu montieren. Die Riemenlänge lässt sich auch ohne Werkzeug im Handumdrehen anpassen. Das Modell in Größe Medium ist groß genug dimensioniert, um auch breiteren Boots genügend Platz zu geben. Da alle Komponenten der Bindung in weiß gehalten sind, ist sie auch in Sachen Style ganz vorne dabei. Kann die Bindung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Die Force ist mittlerweile meine zweite Bindung von Union und sie hat mich vom ersten Tag an schwer überzeugt. Sie bietet den nötigen Komfort um Impact zu dämpfen und erzeugt keine nervigen Druckstellen. Zugleich sorgt die Force für eine schnelle und direkte Kraftübertragung und ein sehr gutes Boardgefühl.Die Bindung hat einen medium Flex, das passt für mich perfekt um sie am gesamten Berg einzusetzen.
Park,Piste und Powder macht die Union Force ohne Probleme mit. Die Verstell- und Anpassungsmöglichkeiten sind super easy und selbsterklärend. Somit kann man die Bindung perfekt auf seine Boots und gewünschten Fahreigenschaften anpassen.
Die Verarbeitung macht einen robusten und hochwertigen Eindruck. Meine Bindung hat mittlerweile schon einige Tage Einsatz hinter sich und sieht optisch noch immer aus wie am ersten Tag! Mein Fazit: Preis/Leistung ist echt Top und die Bindung ist für jeden Allmountain- und Freestylesnowboarder eine absolute Empfehlung.

Ich habe mich für die Union Force Bindung entschieden weil die Preis/Leisung bei Union einfach passt! Die Bindung bietet eine sehr gute Stiffness jedoch auch genung Spielraum um doch auch spaßig und verspielt zu fahren.
Ich halte mich wenn die Wetterbedingungen passen doch eher im Tiefschnee auf! Da ich doch eher das Riden genieße und eher selten mit Skifahrern unterwegs bin.
Bei mir wurde es Union weil ich den Schnitt des High-Backs schön fand weil dieser echt gut auf meinen Boot passt! Weiters finde ich die Ratschen und Schnallen bei Union Top! Sehr langlebig und dennoch liegt diese Bindung in einem echt gut erschwinglichen Preiswert. Ich kombiniere die Union Force mit dem Ride Lasso Boot in Größe 45 und habe genung Platz in der Bindung ohne auch den Halt zu verlieren oder zu rutschen!
Würde mich jeder Zeit wieder für die Force entscheiden!

Ich habe die Bindung mit meinem Bataleon Evil Twin auf der Piste und auch im Tiefschnee getestet. Die Bindung ist super leicht bietet jedoch genug Stiffness um auch auf "all-mountain" bereich gut zu performen. Ich kombiniere die Force momentan mit einem Ride Lasso und dem Bataleon Evil Twin. Freue mich aber schon darauf diese Bindung auch mit meinem Libtech C2 zu testen! Bin mir aber sicher sie wird meinen Erwartungen nur gerecht!
Ein kleiner Nachteil muss jedoch auch erwähnt werden. Es wäre schön wenn man die Bodenplatte auch mit 2,5 Grad Neigungsplatte tauschen könnte. Wie zum beispiel bei der Rome Katana! Aber man darf bei der Preis/Leistung eigentlich garnicht nörgeln.

Preis/Leistung : 10 von 10 Punkten!! Eine echt wunderschön geschnittene, variabel einsetzbare Bindung die dich am Berg sicher nicht enttäuscht! Ich würde sie jederzeit wieder kaufen und somit kann ich sie nur jedem empfehlen!
