The Go-To Splitboard from Jones

There's nothing quite like traversing the pristine powder of your home resort. The Dream Weaver splitboard is part of the Jones women's collection and is the ideal all-mountain slasher for every day. With the Dream Weaver you are just as relaxed on the descent as you are on the ascent.

Riding style
Shredding at high speed, powder lines like on rails or backcountry freestyle - everything is possible! Your ideal companion for all-mountain, freeriding and freestyle action!

Shape
A directional shape is the classic, most versatile snowboard shape. The pop is concentrated in the tail and provides plenty of float and control in any terrain and weather. In deep snow, you'll enjoy less snow being carried back over the sides of the nose thanks to the Blunt Nose. This means you get the benefits of a longer traditional nose, without the extra weight. Traction Tech 2.0, the corrugated edge, ensures the best grip in all snow conditions.

Profile
The Directional Rocker consists of a camber between the bindings and a rocker at the nose and tail. This keeps the board extremely manoeuvrable in pow and gives it additional buoyancy. The camber offers you good edge hold and fast power transmission. The slightly rockered tail increases power transmission and stability. In addition, the chance of tipping during switch landing is reduced.
The 3D Base Contour 1.0 comes with a balanced bend-up of 2 mm in the nose and tail. The bending up of the base starts at the rocker.

Flex
The medium flex (6/10) provides a precise and controlled feel and is flexible enough to have fun in any terrain!

Construction
The FSC™ Classic Core is a premium solid poplar wood core. It offers you fun pop, a consistent flex and a solid construction. Biax fibreglass produces a forgiving, snappy ride. Bio Resin is plant-based and is used instead of petroleum-based epoxy. The ECO-Plastic Topsheet is made from castor seeds. This biomaterial is extremely light, resistant to scratches and breaks, and water and snow repellent. The material of the sintered 8000 Base is made of UHMW-PE and carbon. It is fast, easy to repair and absorbs wax excellently. The Dream Weaver is made with oversized recycled steel edges for added durability and improved sustainable production. The ABS plastic is also made from 100 % recycled material.
The Dream Weaver Spilt comes with Karakoram Ultra Clips 1.0 and screwed tip and tail clips.

I chose the Jones Dream Weaver splitboard because I was looking for a high quality, reliable and performing splitboard which was however not too stiff and fun to ride. I am 164 tall and I bought it in size 148, which is a great compromise between float in deep snow and agility in tree lines and on the slopes.

I've ridden the Jones Dream Weaver Splitboard in spring conditions, on rather heavy and wet snow, but also in powder and on groomed slopes. In all conditions, the splitboard performed excellently! In the ascent phase it felt not too heavy, which allows for longer tours. It also had very good grip on harder snow. As for the descent, I can only say 'WOW'. I loved riding this splitboard, it felt just like an awesome solid board: fun, responsive, agile, great float. The Karakoram Ultra Clips are of excellent quality and extremely easy and quick to open and close. Last but not least, the design is super nice :)

If you are looking for a playful splitboard, which is great to ride in any terrain and any snow conditions, don't look any further - the Jones Dream Weaver is the one for you!

Das Dream Waver ist das perfekte Board für jeden Tag, da es sich im Powder oder auf der Piste gut anfühlt. Dennoch ist es weich genug ist, um in jedem Terrain spielerisch zu sein. Der Directional Shape des Dream Weaver, das Directional Rocker Profil und die Traction Tech 2.0 Kanten sorgen für Stabilität im Schnee, während die Nose- und Tailkanten der 3D Contour Base 1.0 den Kantenschlag reduzieren und das Drehen in engem Gelände erleichtern. Der Dream Weaver bietet hohe Performance, ohne bei den Materialien zu knausern, denn er ist mit einer superschnellen und langlebigen Sintered 8000 Base, einem Eco-Plastic Topsheet und einem Classic Core ausgestattet, der zwischen den Füßen speziell profiliert ist und für zusätzlichen Pop sorgt.

Das Dream Weaver ist ideal für alle, die ein Board suchen welches sich perfekt zum Freeriden eignet. Es hat einen etwas weicheren Flex als ein durchschnittliches Freeride-Board, ist aber direkter als ein durchschnittliches All-Mountain-Board.
