Perfect sized backpack for work and your day to day life

I was searching for the perfect sized backpack for my day to day life.
I'm a really casual type of person and it’s quite hard to find a sophisticated backpack which is not too big, not too plain and not too embellished.
This brought me to the HERSCHEL CITY MID-VOLUME BACKPACK.
My upper body is quite small and a lot of backpacks do not look right on me just because of the size, length of the bags are often just too big and you can tell because they are the same size as my upper body is.
I’m 168 cm tall which is 5.5.
I mainly use the backpack for work or for my daily life: I tried to go grocery shopping, going to work (office), going for a coffee with friends and traveling by train.
In general the backpack is really versatile and has more space then it seems at first sight. The bag has one big compartment inside and as a little bonus there is a second compartment which closes with a zip.
The bag is self only closes with the main flap which attaches by the magnetic leather belt.
I would say the only con is that the bag unlocks itself when there is too much stuff inside.
So I would not recommend going on a grocery shopping trip but in general the magnet stays closed with a laptop or some clothes inside so if it’s not heavily loaded.
In conclusion it’s the perfect office work or daily life backpack. More practical than a handbag for sure but not as big as the standard sized backpack.
In my opinion it’s not gender specific and would fit for any men and woman which is really important.
Keep in mind this is not a bag to carry heavy things but it has the perfect size for a daily use.
