With a stiff flex, it combines anatomical elements that cushion the overall smooth riding experience, while the latest breakthroughs in highback and strap design wrap and cradle your boots in complete suspension. With this binding, nothing stands in the way of endless days on the mountain!

Highback
The ergonomic Canted Hi-Back follows the natural contours of your left and right legs to maximise control and comfort. Riders who prefer a more playful and relaxed feel will dig the Zero Forward Lean on select highbacks. As always, you can still choose to crank ‘em forward for quicker control when carving or climbing icy pipe walls. For mind-blowing micro-adjustability, the MicroFLAD® system gives you twice the options of the traditional FLAD.

Baseplate
The material underfoot is softer than the material alongside the lateral edges. This Dual-Component Baseplate Construction creates a ride that is softer underfoot, yet stiffer edge to edge for a perfect balance of response and board feel. By removing the materials from beneath your feet and replacing it with cushioning, it is possible to drastically reduce weight and explore entirely new designs. With EST®, the possibilities for flex and feel are infinite, and so are the stance options. Get it all without ever sacrificing the edge-to-edge power you know and trust. The Burton-exclusive The Hinge technology utilises a dual-component baseplate construction that flexes dynamically with your leg for increased foot roll, less fatigue, and easier ollies. Like having a trampoline underfoot, the SpringBED Suspension System suspends the rider off the board for amplified cushioning and rebound that is unlike anything else in snowboarding.

Straps 
The Hammockstrap® is the absolute favourite of the Burton team, light, comfortable and still flexible at low temperatures. The minimalist design of the Supergrip Capstrap® 2.0 merges two materials into one technologically advanced toe strap. A firmer material in the spine provides a supportive and lightweight skeleton, while a softer over-moulded material improves boot wrap and comfort. Be the first to drop in with the rapid ratcheting of Burton’s Double Take Buckles. Helical teeth and “Insta-Click” engagement combine for increased torque per crank, faster uptake, and fewer cranks to tightness. The result: vastly improved strength, speed, and ease-of-use.
