(September 4, 2025) The Rock A Rail Tour is entering its third round – and it’s leveling up again: In fall 2025, Europe’s renowned street snowboarding and street skiing event expands from three to five stops. New additions include the kickoff at the Hintertux Park Opening (AUT) in early October and Snowfest Riga (LAT) at the end of November. They join the tour’s established stops in Thun (CH), Innsbruck (AUT), and The Hague (NED).
Five stops. Four countries. Two sports. One setup. Endless possibilities. Rock A Rail stands like no other event for urban street style at a world-class level – with creative, challenging setups that push riders toward technical finesse and innovative riding. Since its debut in 2011, Rock A Rail has grown from a local rail jam in the Netherlands into one of Europe’s most prestigious in-city events. Since 2022, Rock A Rail has been part of Snowfest, and since 2024, freeskiers have also been a full part of the tour. Today, Rock A Rail is the leading international format for in-city rail contests – equally for snowboarders and freeskiers.
