Really unhappy with your services. I ordered the bag below and got a completely different color (see photo in comments).. No answer to my emails and on the phone they couldn't care less. First and last time using your services. Really unfortunate. An online service is all about its customer service, you should know that.

we deeply apologize for this inconvenience. These kind of mistakes should not happen in any case!
Your request was already taken care of and a new backpack left our Distribution's Center on August 22rd. It is on the way to you and will be delivered by the end of the week.
In order to make a refund of shipping costs for returning the wrong product, we need you please to send us the receipt of shipping over email to info@blue-tomato.com.
