I am sorry that you had some problems with your goggles.
As I can see that you returned the article in our store in Helsinki, and the store sent the article to our Warranty department to start the warranty process.
You will receive an E-Mail regarding the result of the warranty.
If the article is bought online and returned in Store the store cannot process the refund but they send the article to the main Warehouse so we can process the case.
