Voilé Splitboard Crampon for Light Rail

The Voilé splitboard crampon can be used when the ascent is steep, icy, exposed or in case of a frustrating icy skin track.

In combination with Voilé splitboard skins Crampons can be used in two modes. With the mobile mode a rotating puck will hold the crampon tot the binding, this mode is ideal for more moderate ascents because it will increase energy effeciency by decreasing the drag of the crampon on each step. In fixed mode, the slot in the back of the crampon fits under the heel pad to secure the crampon. This mode is recommended for high exposure acents where security in each step is essential.

Note: This splitboard crampon works only with Voilé Light Rail Splitboard Bindings 2012/2013 or later.
