Directional is the classic snowboard shape, designed to be ridden with a slightly longer nose than tail to concentrate pop in the tail while still giving you plenty of float, flow, and control to rip any terrain or condition. The Swallowtail increases the effective edge at a short board-length for quick, buoyant, snappy turns in powder. Ultimate Traction is a small bump placed in the middle of the board’s sidecut which improves edge hold. It adds extra bite on ice and turns regular turns into powerful carves.
The Backseat Camrock profile has an under-foot camber, a large rocker area in the nose and a smaller rocker in the tail. The enormous float of the rockered nose improves manoeuvrability while the camber underfoot provides edge hold and response. The rocker in the nose and tail also creates a catch-free, loose feeling.
The medium-stiff flex provides you with a lively board that allows you to stay in control at all speeds and pop over everything.
The Powder Woodcore is composed of low-density paulownia and poplar woods for their optimal strength and weight, with beech hardwood strips to increase core durability, pop and impact protection. Reactive flex gives the board the ability to flex across the width, so however you bent it, it will react the best way imaginable. Landing Strips are strips of Kevlar and carbon placed from the inserts to the tips in the nose and tail to support landings and reduce washouts. This design also helps dampen high-speed chatter, offer stability at speed and load up the ollie-power. The sintered base is an industry standard for quality base materials.
