Powder is the GO's natural environment. The imposing 115mm underfoot width added to its ultra-progressive full rocker shape means that the GO can float and fly over any terrain and accelerate at any opportunity. Despite its size, the geometry makes it an easy ski to handle. Quick turns between the trees and obstacles are a piece of cake. A poplar wood core, “tri-axial” fibre with the support of fibre F19 and ABS sidewalls add up to a ski which makes you smile from the top to the bottom of the mountain.
This ski is designed for the deepest powder days and big-mountain lines.
The Directional shape is designed to be ridden with a slightly longer nose than tail to concentrate pop in the tail while still giving you plenty of float, flow, and control. A tapered shape means the nose is wider than the tail, promoting smooth turn entry and exit, stability at speed, and enhanced deep snow flotation. The greater amount of volume in front of you will allow for effortless turning in deep or soft snow and increase the float of your board tremendously.
At the Full Rocker profile, only the central part of the ski is in contact with the snow. This allows for easy triggering in comparison to a normal ski with a lot more float in powder.
Movement uses the CTS Performance construction to link the base and cap of the ski to the tip and tail in order to stiffen the torsion of the ski. DPR Ti is a two-layer system - one with fibreglass and the other one in titanium is completely integrated under the bindings to guarantee a perfect anchorage of the screws. Va-Tech Vibration Absorber is a natural rubber layer which incorporates fibreglass placed in the front of the skis to absorb vibrations. The sintered base is an industry standard for quality base materials. Provides a moderate balance between the speed created by a hard surface and good wax retention.
