An all time favourite
The Lo Fi from Rome is one of the Rome team’s favourites. The all mountain freestyle board scores with a lot of pop, but keeps the necessary control for hard turns. Park and groomers, and every now and then a little pow, no problem with the Lo Fi!
Riding style
The Lo Fi is aimed at the advanced rider who is looking for a powerful all mountain board that captivates with pop and control.
Shape
As True Twin, the Lo Fi is completely symmetrical. Nose, tail, sidecut and flex - Switch runs feel like normal.
Profile
The Fusion Camber of the Lo Fi has a positive camber over almost the running length, with a small amount of rocker just before the contact points. This makes the Lo Fi a versatile all mountain freestyle board with power and response.
Flex
With a hard flex (8/10), the Lo Fi is one of the harder boards with lots of precision and control.
Construction
The Pop Core Matrix made of hardwood with two zones of lighter wood offers an ideal ratio of weight and response. The StraightBiax Laminate gives the board the fun, playful touch and smooth riding feel. The Hot Rods provide the necessary pop in the Lo Fi. The bamboo reinforcement in the middle of the board in front of your bindings ensures that your airs get higher without increasing the torsional flex. The construction is rounded off by the Sinter True Base, which absorbs the wax well and is super fast.
Subject to alterations according to the manufacturer. Image is non-binding.
Snowboards are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new snowboard should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.

About Rome
Rome SDS lives and breathes snowboarding and has done so since day one. Seeking to reestablish the true roots of snowboarding, Rome kicked off production is 2001. Their goal was to create a brand that "lives the values of snowboarding and innovates products that increase the one thing that matters most in snowboarding: fun." They have overshot their goal by miles, and as true snowboarders at heart, we are stoked to have them as a part of our team.
