Size chart for Rome - Men Snowboards

The inventor of the park-board snowboard category - the Artifact is the almighty force in the park and on street rails

The Rome Artifact is for riders who want a playful board that can still step to big jumps. The Artifact is flat in the mid-section for balance on rails and good edge performance between obstacles. The rockered nose and tail allow for effortless butter session and smooth pressing.

Riding Style
A park board for intermediate riders - Created for every form of park riding, from jumps, pipes, jibs or rails. A powerhouse with flexibility and stability. And, of course, it can also be used anywhere else on the mountain.

Shape
The perfectly symmetrical True Twin shape offers a balanced ride that’s equally versatile when ridden regular or switch.

Profile
The Contact Rocker Camber profile comes with a flat camber between the bindings and an even rocker in nose and tail. The board turns very easily but remains stable at higher speeds. Catching an edge is nearly impossible.

Flex
The medium-stiff flex provides you with a lively board that allows you to stay in control at all speeds and pop over everything.

Construction
The Stomp Core offers extra stability for the park. Rome added zones of higher density wood in key areas to fight against impacts and deep landings. Rome three-dimensionally designed an “I-beam” shape into the core in the nose and tail, to add power for ollies and nollies. The Impact Base is perfect for park riding and street spots. A stronger extruded compound helps to fight against the abuse of rails and boxes. The StraightBiax laminate is for riders who make the most out of any terrain. 90-degree fibres create a fun playful flex perfect for cruising and lapping park. Glasspack Impact Plates under the four corners of your bindings absorb and disperse energy before it has a chance to damage the core.

Subject to alterations according to the manufacturer. Image is non-binding.

Snowboards are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new snowboard should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.

About Rome

Rome SDS lives and breathes snowboarding and has done so since day one. Seeking to reestablish the true roots of snowboarding, Rome kicked off production is 2001. Their goal was to create a brand that "lives the values of snowboarding and innovates products that increase the one thing that matters most in snowboarding: fun." They have overshot their goal by miles, and as true snowboarders at heart, we are stoked to have them as a part of our team.
