my friend bought this skateboard...and the trucks where loose (i had to help and tighten them to the board so they didnt FALL OFF) and the bearings where BAD they didnt spin ...

I am sorry that you had a bad experience, but sometimes the screws need to be tightened.
Regarding he Bearings if they did not spin please check if the screws are too tight, if you already checked for that than please send us an E-Mail to Info@blue-tomato.com with the order number and picture and we will check if we can maybe send you a new set of bearings.
