Tried-and-true park performance, with top features for the all-mountain freestyler - the all-new Line Chronic

With over a decade in the game as the preeminent park ski, the LINE Chronic Skis return in a re-designed incarnate. The slightly wider shape, and a reimagined rocker and flex pattern, makes the Chronic a versatile all-mountain ski with a great performance in the park. Featuring the ultra durable Fatty™ Base and Edge, Symmetric Flex™ and Capwall Construction, the Chronic delivers on any feature and in any terrain.

Riding Style
All-mountain freestyle/park ski for intermediate to advanced level riders. This ski comes with all the features you need as an ambitious park rider. The slightly wider shape and profile make this ski also perfect for any terrain. From the slopes to the backcountry, you can ride this ski anywhere.

Shape
The directional twin shape offers a balanced ride that’s equally versatile when ridden forward or switch. At the 5-Cut™ geometry, five different radii shapes are blended into the ski's sidecut. This technology cleverly allows the skis to comfortably make different turn shapes, long, medium and short turns are all super easy.

Profile
The profile of this ski is basically a classic Camber with a slight Early Rise™ in tip and tail. The result is a fun and responsive ski that turns on the spot and is forgiving, even after difficult landings.

Flex
The symmetrical flex makes the skis super smooth. This evenly distributed flex increases the pop of the profile, for energetic jumps and a predictable feeling.

Construction
The Capwall™ construction features the best of both worlds. A Cap-construction on the top for light & playful performance with a sidewall over the edge for added precision. The Maple Macroblock are 2 full-length maple stringers surrounded by Aspen for increased strength and durability. The 30% thicker Fatty Base & Edge™, is a 2mm wide x 2.5mm high edge and a 1.7mm thick base. This dramatically increases durability and tuning life of these skis.

Subject to alterations according to the manufacturer. Image is non-binding.

Freeskis are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new skis should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.

About Line

#morefunner - do we need to say more? Line took the freeski market by storm as early as 1995, picking up on the desire among skiers to simply have more fun. They saw the need for twin tip skis, and set about making it a reality. They have been on top of their game since day one and it comes as no surprise that they are backed up by one of the most star-spangled freeride and freestyle teams on the market.
