The Union Explorer is perfect for entry-level to intermediate backcountry riders. It provides a natural board feel, eliminates unnecessary moving parts, and is designed to manage long tours and steep lines. The handling is simple and fast, so you to focus solely on the descent.

Split System
The Union Split System enables a quick and easy switch between touring and riding modes. Simply insert the binding into place and secure it with the pin – that’s all there is to it.

Highback
The EXP2 Highback, crafted from Duraflex, is specifically designed for splitboarding. With the Split FLAD 2.0, you can adjust the forward lean with a single movement.

Baseplate
The EXP2 Duraflex ST baseplate is durable and built for top performance. The extruded 3D aluminium heelcup ensures precise heel hold. The non-stick EVA footbed prevents ice build-up on the binding.

Straps
The ExoFrame 4.0 ankle strap ensures direct boot contact and quick response. The TS 2.0 toe strap with a pin securely holds your boots in place. Magnesium 3.0 ratchets with an aluminium base are both lightweight and strong. Tool-less strap adjustment allows for easy changes on the go.
