    Product description

Freestyle-inspired freeride power – the Salomon HPS Sickstick

The HPS Sickstick is a true all-mountain powder board with a strong freestyle soul. Developed over 15 years within the Hillside Project, it merges classic surf-style powder flow with modern freeride performance. With a tapered twin shape, precise Rock Out Camber profile, and powerful flex, this board delivers float, control, and effortless style in every terrain. Whether you're weaving through tree lines, launching backcountry booters, or charging resort pow laps, the Sickstick turns the whole mountain into your canvas.

    Riding style
A freeride board with freestyle roots. Perfect for riders who combine powder with creativity, while staying confident on technical lines and stylish in the backcountry.

    Shape
The tapered twin shape combines the versatility of a twin board with the float of a freerider. A subtle taper enhances powder performance while preserving switch capability. The Quadralizer sidecut guarantees excellent edge hold and tight carving control, even at high speeds.

    Profile
Rock Out Camber features a flat section between the bindings for stability, camber underfoot for snap and control, and subtle rocker in tip and tail for added float and surfy handling in soft snow.

    Flex
A stiffer flex gives the board dynamic response and stability – ideal for deep snow, high speeds, and big lines.

    Construction
The FSC-certified Ghost Green Core, made from Paulownia, delivers powerful pop at minimal weight. The Popster profile channels energy directly into the nose and tail for explosive rebound. ABC Wrapper replaces traditional fiberglass with eco-friendlier materials for a lighter, more sustainable board. The sintered base with a fine stone finish ensures long-lasting speed, while BA MD fiberglass, recycled ABS sidewalls, and 30 % bio-based resin reinforce the sustainable build.

Snowboards are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new snowboard should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.
