    Product description

Navigate effortlessly through powder and the backcountry

The Capita Navigator effortlessly guides you through the backcountry, showing you the way when others have already turned back. Completely redesigned two seasons ago, this board is more robust, offers improved control, and remains playful, ensuring you enjoy your days in powder. Inlaid cork dampeners reduce vibrations, while the narrow tail sinks deep into the snow, allowing the wide nose to lift easily. It's the perfect board for deep powder days and long adventures beyond the resort boundaries.

The Navigator is handmade in Austria in the first snowboard production facility powered by 100 % clean energy. It has won the Good Wood Award and Platinum Picks.

    Riding style
Freeriding is the Navigator's top priority. Long runs in powder and remote slopes, deep in the backcountry are exactly its thing.

    Shape
The directional shape makes the nose slightly longer than the tail. The bindings and the sidecut are slightly offset to the back, which increases stability at higher speeds and uplift in powder.

    Profile
The Resort V2 profile combines a classic camber between the bindings with a rocker in tip and tail. The rocker increases uplift in powder. The camber offers you good edge hold and fast power transmission on hard slopes.

    Flex
The medium flex ensures precise control and fast board response.

    Construction
Capita uses a blend of paulownia and poplar for the Hover Core™, so you're ready for any terrain and any conditions. Inlaid cork dampers prevent vibrations and thus provide a better riding experience. The Holysheet™ triax-fibreglass has a better glass-to-weight ratio than regular fibreglass and is built into the Navigator with high-performance, plant-based Magic Bean™ resin for powerful and dynamic performance. The Hyperdrive™ Base is very fast and will stay that way if you look after it properly.

Snowboards are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new snowboard should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.
