• Delivery on working days from Monday to Friday.
• If no one is available to accept your shipment at the delivery address, your driver will leave a door tag. Check the door tag to see if we delivered your package to a neighbouring address or for the tracking information and the date of the next delivery attempt.
• Alternatively, you can also provide a signed confirmation that authorizes FedEx to leave your package at a safe spot if you’re not at the delivery address. Please note, that in such cases, the courier is not liable for loss or damage of the parcel.

NOTE:

• We understand that receiving your order promptly is important to you. To ensure the quickest delivery possible, we may ship items from your order separately. As a result, you might receive multiple deliveries, possibly through different carriers and methods, each with its own delivery time. Rest assured, we'll provide you with individual tracking information for each shipment, so you can monitor the progress of your items every step of the way.
• Some of our orders are shipped by our shops. If your items are available sooner at a shop than at our warehouse, they’ll be shipped from the shop directly.
• Please enter your phone number and email address in the checkout process, so we can notify you as soon as your parcel is on its way. It also helps us to quickly clarify any questions about your order and provide you with the best service possible.

• Toimitus arkisin maanantaista perjantaihin.
• Jos toimitusosoitteessa ei ole ketään vastaanottamassa lähetystä, kuljettaja jättää Emme tavoittaneet sinua -kortin. Tarkista kortista, onko lähetys jätetty naapuriosoitteeseen, tai tarkista lähetyksen seurantatiedot ja seuraavan toimitusyrityksen päivämäärä.
• Voit myös toimittaa FedExille allekirjoitetun vahvistuksen, joka antaa FedExille luvan jättää lähetyksesi turvalliseen paikkaan toimitusosoitteessa, jos et ole vastaanottamassa sitä. HUOM. Näissä tapauksissa kuljetusyhtiö ei ole vastuussa pakettien katoamisesta tai vahingoittumisesta.
• Myymälämme lähettävät osan tilauksistamme. Jos tuotteesi olivat nopeammin saatavilla jossakin myymälässämme kuin varastoltamme, myymälä lähettää ne standarditoimituksella. Pahoittelemme tästä mahdollisesti koituvaa haittaa.

We deliver surfboards, SUP boards and bulky items (e.g. Surfboard Bags, Hardcase travel bags, etc.) via FedEx Freight.

DELIVERY

• Delivery takes place on working days from Monday to Friday.
• To ensure smooth delivery, please enter your telephone number next to the address in the order process. A time slot for the delivery will be arranged with you by the parcel service via telephone. If the first delivery attempt is not successful, a pick-up at the responsible parcel terminal or a second fee-based delivery date can be arranged.

EXCEPTION OF RETURN
If your order was shipped with FedEx Freight, you will have to cover the costs of the return shipment.
